After studying product design in Singapore, I went on to work as an innovation consultant combining human centred design methodologies with business and market research. I wanted to push the boundaries of my practice and am now completing my final year of Masters in Service design at the Royal College of Art.

I have undertaken projects with Transport for London, Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, Sainsbury’s and others where I worked in teams as well as independently. It has sharpened my design sensitivity while enhancing my systems thinking, analytical skills and business acumen.

My interest in the Future of Work and how labour needs are changing has led me to partner with Department for Education, UK on my current project around Hybrid teaching to develop a viable service proposition for retaining millennial teachers in the profession. In most of my projects, I have applied ethnographic research and future forecasting to uncover insights to design futurescapes.
